For each of the items above, list the action that would lead to a likely breakthrough in each area.

Now schedule the actions in your calendar. NOW. If you do this, you are on your way to breakthrough. If not, you stay the same.

You are likely experiencing overwhelm, boredom or inspiration. If your experience is overwhelm, simply follow your calendar and practice the items one day at a time. If your experience is boredom, you are likely protecting yourself from the future with cynicism and resignation. Do the mundane practices to see if you are right about the future. Likely you are not. You have to take action to find out. Thinking negatively about it will not create anything new. So take the action even though you ‘know’ how it is going to go and you don’t want to do it. If you are inspired, have fun discovering the transformation on the other side of your resistance!

Reinvention and transformation is possible. It is available to each of us. We see others doing it. It takes focus, awareness and action. If you don’t do it, life stays the same and your are comfortable. If you do do it, life is evolving and involving and your are uncomfortable and then excited. Either way is ok. It is your choice. Fun, satisfaction and power are on the other side of your resistance. Get good at this and life is challenging and very interesting all at the same time.
